"Helped me buy my car the way I wanted to." When I started the car buying process, I was just getting a feel for what I wanted and had been burned by other dealerships who call you five times a day after one inquiry. I warned Vinny about that and he respected my wishes, but was very responsive when I had questions. When I was ready to go, he was on it and got me exactly what I wanted and then also gave me a training session on the features of my new car since it was a big upgrade for me. Micah and Andrew scheduled my speaker upgrade with Amanda Gerk, who helped workout the details. "Didn't know what I wanted" I went to Groove to test drive a Forester to see if it was a car I would be comfortable driving. Jeremy almost immediately recognized that an Outback would suit me better.
