"2020 Forester" My wife and I had a great car buying experience from Groove! Vince was awesome! I contacted him the day before looking for info and he was responsive and knowledgable. "A breath of fresh air!!" I cant even begin to tell you what an amazing experience I had when I came to THIS dealership. I was recently (days before) at a different Subaru dealership and was signing papers on the exact same car on Friday night and when it came time for delivery, that dealership damaged my brand new car. I backed out of that deal quickly (after spending 8 grueling hours there, I might add). "Got my dream car thanks to Micah" I had a Legacy for 7 years and traded it in early 2019 for a new one. I test drove a Crosstrek and loved it but didn’t buy it then. After about 6 months of regret I contacted Subaru and Micah responded. It took me a while to be certain I wanted to trade my new car in that quickly but Micah stayed in contact and followed up and got me to commit. I ended up getting the fully loaded floor model and got a great deal and love my new car. Plan on keeping it 10 years or more. It’s my dream car.
