"Helpful and Honest Sales Personnel" Rolly made the difference that set this dealership apart from the rest. Being in sales myself I put value in how helpful and honest Rolly had been through the process. There were many hoops I had to jump through in purchasing this vehicle because I had to sell my current car while finding a new vehicle that fit my new employment needs. Ultimately, Rolly listened to me and and followed up when it fit my schedule.

"Another stress free purchase from Groove" I can’t say enough good things for Clay Harrison and the entire Groove staff in the friendliness, helpfullness, and equality to all customers. "Friendly, great attitude and no pressure. " I had done some research on Subaru but the details of the Forester were explained both during the test drive and during the walk-thru with Jason. I was pretty firm on the options I wanted and he found the Forester with all those options I was looking for. "These guys make buying a used vehicle fun" Worked with Michael Hall on a 2017 GMC Acadia...similar to the one I was negotiating to buy at Stevenson Toyota. While both dealers are very professional, Groove make the purchase much easier...in additional to offering an extended warranty - something Stevenson Toyota is apparently incapable of doing. "Quick, easy, and fun! " After a hard experience with a car accident, Andrew provided us a fun experience in shopping for a new car and hope for the next chapter. He was able to find us exactly what I was looking for (the color, price, and mileage) and we bought the car that afternoon. He was very personable, laid-back, informative and honest. We could tell he was full of integrity and I never felt any pressure which lead me to buying the car. I can't say thank you enough to Andrew and the Subaru staff!
