"Great car buying experience." From the initial phone negotiations to driving off the lot, the entire experience was efficient and accommodating. It was great working with Joseph. He's not your typical car salesman, he's patient (not pushy), fast, and nice which is unheard of when buying a car. Will definitely go back for my next Subaru.

"Refreshing car buying experience" My car buying experience with Andrew Wheeler was phenomenal. He was courteous, accommodating, and most of all, patient. The team at Groove Subaru is an example for other dealerships of how to approach customer service. Andrew sat with us for hours on his day off in order to lease the car we wanted. It was refreshing not to be victim of common dealership tactics of high pressure and fast sales.

"Utku FTW! " Groove sets a great standard for the car buying experience. I was greeted instantly by a sales associate who was waiting on a lady to show up for an appointment, so he was unable to help me but immediately introduced me to Utku who walked me through the process quickly and efficiently.

"Friendly and helpful" My car had just broken down the day before coming in and I was looking for a new one. We were roaming the lot when Michael came up to us and offered us help. He was extremely helpful and got us test driving some vehicles in a few minutes. Very painless experience. Chris in finance was very helpful with showing us all of our options and getting us the best deal he could. Thanks for all the help!
