"My “Groovy” new Forester " James at Groove went above and beyond to ensure that my wants and needs were met when purchasing my Forester. He was transparent and answered all of my questions honestly. Overall, Groove provided excellent customer service and they have free popcorn!

"Andrew Smith " When I have to buy a car, I want to run the other way, but then I met Andrew Smith. This is who you call. He is HONEST and prompt and actually cares about the customer. You don’t feel manipulated or forced into a car sale with him. If you are looking to buy a car please call Andrew. I will always go back to him to buy cars and I will refer as many people to him that I can.

"professional great car buying experience" Talked to Chris over the phone. Came in and very quickly we were able to come to terms for my purchase of a new car and trade in my old car. Quick, fast easy negotiation. Chris was very professional. They had the car I wanted and got it ready for delivery quickly. Signing the paperwork and completing the sale was done quickly. Chris took the time to set up my phone and explain the features of the new car. All in all a good car buying experience. I would recommend Chris and Goove.

"Very helpful and amicable salesmen." I greatly enjoyed working with Clay. He’s a Veteran and it shows in his work ethic and in his ability to communicate clearly and promptly. I would highly recommend both him and groove auto. I especially liked that none of the staff where pushy about purchasing addons and warranties. They where offered and when I declined they happily accepted my wishes, which is rare in the auto business.

"Great experience " We came in to look at one specific pre-owned car. Dan Cassin worked with us through the process. He was very helpful and able to answer every question we had. He was not forceful or pushy, but simply wanted to help us know what we needed to know. It was a pleasure working with him. Being a used car, the vehicle had a few items that still needed to be repaired or replaced. The dealership was very cooperative to get those things taken care of for us. "Pleasant experience" This is the 3rd Subaru we have leased at Groove. We have been happy all three times. The most recent lease was with Jeremy. It took about 1 hour less for this leas than previous leases. He was very accommodating as it took three tries to find the right car. Plus we finished the deal the second day. Chris helped with the final signatures. The car was clean when I drove it home. This was a very good experience.
