"Patient and Knowledgable " This was my first car buying experience. I was very apprehensive about everything, but Robert was patient and knowledgable. I must have asked him a dozen different questions pertaining to the different years, models, and packages for the Impreza. "Very Helpful " I’d communicated with Jeremy earlier in the week, he assured me the car would be available and ready to go when I arrived Friday evening. We test drove a couple of different Outbacks but went with the vehicle we’d initially intended to, it was just a better deal for us Total time in the dealership was a bit over two hours, we were driving home with a low mileage, well maintained Subaru that evening, couldn’t have been better.
