"Forester purchase" I found my car buying experience at Groove to be a very easy and comfortable experience. "Patience is a virtue and Rob has it! " Made an appointment for a Friday night after many back and forth emails. I had never driven an SUV before and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable driving whatever I decided to buy. Rob was very patient as I drove and re-drove 3 different models for hours on end (sorry Rob). He walked me through every step of the way and I left with a Subaru Forester that night. "good experience with sales individual" I went in for an airbag replacement recall on an 05 legacy. I went into the sales area to ask about new cars. The sales individual was able to meet my needs in provision of a new car. He was organized in his approach, answered questions, provided me with the information I needed and sold me a car that will fit my needs. He did not "push" me in any way.
