"Good experience " I worked with Robert and he was patient and never pushed the sale until I was ready. They did not have the car with the features and color I wanted when I went to buy the car. But Robert was able to find another dealership and get the car I wanted to me the same day. Robert is always friendly and eager to help!

"Great customer service" I came in to trade in my 07 Subaru Forester. Groove Subaru gave me a fair trade-in value for my car and I was able to leave with a 2018 Forester. "Started off great, as time passed it went downhill. " Long story short for those who don't want to read a long review: I was given a runaround when I found a work order discrepancy, we were not told the truth about financing options, charged for things we did not agree to nor receive, and getting in touch with specific people was difficult.
