"Hoang" Hoang was nice and responsive but didn’t know the details of the car. He was very cordial and helpful as well. As for the dealership I think the antique negotiating that Subaru forces their customers through will ultimately be their demise in lieu of no haggle dealerships. My experience test driving the Honda CR-V and the Toyota RAV4 were a far modern approach to selling cars. No haggle, their sales staff do NOT work on commission!

"Great to work with!" Andrew was attentive from start to finish and made this purchase as seamless as possible.
