"Got it done" I randomly decided to drop by and check out their cars. Robert helped me out and was awesome about getting things taken care of - everything from the test drive, to getting insurance, and even making a quick trip to the bank so I could get a check printed. Robert and Andrew made it happen in a friendly manner.

"Used Outback purchase" Easily scheduled a meet prior to arrival. Salesperson there to greet us. Faculty comfortable and quiet enough to conduct business. Sales person polite helpful professional. Used car selection limited for our price range but able to find a vehicle we purchased . Overall good experience. Would have preferred more for our excellent condition trade-in which we declined trade in offer.
"Everything I needed" Working with Chris was great. Coaching Tip: for me the final step of the process was awkward. I was confused by the options the final step guy, "Joe" was tossing at me. I really needed this info ahead of time so I could research the options about the "deals" I was being offered at the financing step. If I am hit with a "deal" out of no where my answer is "no." "Genuine Customer Care" The dealership genuinely wants to serve you. They take care of everything from start to finish and everywhere in between. I highly recommend the redelivery service with Brendan. There were so many features I didn’t remember the car had. It was so valuable to relearn it all.
"Chris Is Awesime While We Bought Our Used Subaru" We knew the car we wanted before we walked in. Chris made the process super fast and easy - he even delivered the car to us since we were in a rush to get back to our work. Incredible service and will definitely be back when we get our next car.
