"Smoothest Dealership Experience" The car buying/leasing process with Groove was made very easy. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable. There was zero pressure and a lot of time was spent to focus on what features and options were most important to me, ultimately finding me the prefect car. "Quick and easy! " Like most people, I dread the car buying process. The back and forth song and dance for hours is torture!! This was not the case at Groove! They are transparent and value your time -- there is no waiting for a half hour while the sales person disappears. We could see the manager Hoang was consulting with and he was back within minutes! We went back and forth only twice before getting what we needed. It was the most painless car buying process I've ever experienced!
