He listened well and selected a number of cars, per my needs and criteria, to try out and assess. We were successful in the search. Other personnel inc Joshua in Service were positive, available and competent. As a result Groove is the Subaru Dealership I will service my Outback with.
Joe Rodman is a certified badass. You should have him put on a clinic for the rest of the sales staff and teach them how to sell cars.
