Service department will overly hype its excellent service, but unless you constantly remind them of the service plan you already paid for, they will nickle and dime you every chance they can.
Brought my Ascent in for a trailer hitch install. Was told that installation might take longer than planned. Was offered a loaner car for as long as needed. They were able to still get done the same day. Very happy with the install and customer service. Also, was able to use discount coupon that was offered through their website so was very happy with the final cost.
This was my first time working with Groove in Englewood and I have to say they exceeding my exceptions at every opportunity. I have nothing but good things to say, thank you!!

After a series if unfortunate events I had to get into a new car. Abdi helped me out and was the absolute best. He made my first time buying a car a breeze and was understanding and on my side for the whole process!

They worked very efficiently and communicated well with me and where able to get me a ride from work to the dealer.
Most auto purchases are not very transparent to the buyer. The numbers can be presented to look fair, but it is a negotiation. However, in this case the whole process was clear, direct, in contrast with competitors.
