"Thanks Shane" It has been 12 years since I have bought a car and have never had a brand new one. Shane made the experience great! It was after closing when everything was finished. He stayed and went through every feature explaining what everything did and how to turn on and off. Considering it looks like a space ship and very intimidating, I left the lot feeling confident that I knew what each feature is and how it works.
"New outback" Joanna was bvery helpful and kept the car buying process no pressure. Priority always felt like getting me in the best car for me and driving off the lot happy and satisfied.
"good job Shane" Shane was very patient while I made some decisions about the car I wanted. It was a stormy night but he was so good about going in and out of the weather. I had a problem getting my credit card unfrozen. They stayed late so I could take the new car home. I really appreciate the customer service I got.
