Friendly and professional. My availability is very constrained by travel time and off days, but they turned a rather daunting process into something much easier and painless. I was in a very tight spot and the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle were very bothersome, however, they hooked me up and got me back on the road in a very timely manner. Now, the issues are rectified and my car drives as smooth as the day I bought it.
My oil change did not take more than an hour and it was comfortable to wait in your service lobby. I approved a needed cabin filter service on my phone and everything went smoothly. I like buying the pack of oil changes as well.
Dropped car off at 9:30 for a 10am oil change. Had to call at 3pm to see if my car was ready.
Joshua was helpful and patient with helping me. He was communicating regularly and being open with me on what to expect
Needed a new battery, it was installed in the express bay while I waited! Haley and the mechanic were both a pleasure to spend time with!
The dealership is clean, welcoming and comfortable. Jared our salesman did a wonderful job. Disappointed with the financing side as we had to resign our documents multiple times.
