When I made the appointment they didn't tell me I would have to leave my car and couldn't just wait for it. But, they let me have a rental car so I could go grocery shopping and and get home. There was additional work besides the warranty work that they needed to do and I thought the charge for that was too expensive but I had to get it done so I ok'd the extra work. I felt like I had no other choice.
Always treated very well there. Maybe explaining the financials could go a little slower and more complete explanations.
