"Extremely easy buying experience." This was my first time ever buying car and Al made the experience very easy and very unintimidating. I got a great deal on my car and am very please with my experience. Had to have some additional appointments with the car for detailing and to get a spare key made; that process was also very easy.

"2017 Forester XT" There are two well rated Subaru dealers near me, and I selected this one because I was drinking coffee nearby at the time. I was paired up with Joseph pretty quickly and we got to test driving. I was interested in the 2017 Forester XT, but there weren't any in stock. I test drove an equivalent optioned 2017 Forester base model and then put down a reservation for an XT. The XT arrived a few weeks later, test drove it for awhile, and ultimately purchased. "Great experience" Jonathan Ward and Groove Subaru, you are the best. Sometimes buying a car can be stressful. Not so working with Jonathan Ward at Groove. I appreciate the time he spent with me to identify which vehicle might be best for me. His suggestion was the Crosstrek, and he was right on. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Groove and love the no pressure attitude they have. If you are shopping for a Subaru, check out Groove, ask for Jonathan Ward. "Awesome experience" From the very beginning of ordering the vehicle with Jeremy to the very end of the process. Jeremy was super responsive to texts, phone calls and everything in between when it came to the car. "Go to Joe at Groove" Joe came to help us look at cars at Groove. I've never bought a car before so I didn't know what I was doing.
