"You MUST work with Jon!!" Over the past few weeks I'd been looking at various cars to replace my current Hyundai. After much research I decided on a Subaru. "Customer Satisfaction is Number One" Okay, after several bumps along the road, Groove Subaru went over and above trying to correct the problem. I will say, not all the issues was their fault, I was getting sick at the time and was not assertive with my communication. Now I can say that I believe they went over and above what was necessary to correct the problem. Thank you very much Chris McGarel. I love my Forester, I am very happy with all that since transpired. "Outstanding Service" Our buying experience was the easiest and most pleasant we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Sales people were great with no pressure. Plus Groove gave $250 to a charity for us. A month after purchasing our new car we got a call to come back in to review all the features of our vehicle.
