Excellent Customer Service I shopped around for a new Tacoma for a while and Groove had the best deal. Josh and Ali worked hard to get me approved and in my new truck. I shopped online and they delivered my new truck and took my trade from my house.

Pleased with the sales process The salesperson that I worked with was very helpful. Negotiations took over 10 days and she stayed in touch regularly and followed up promptly and educated me on the various trim models of the vehicle that we were looking to buy. We are in the midst of Covid 19 so I really appreciate the fact that Groove brought the vehicle to us at our house and took our trade in away. We just bought the vehicle yesterday so I can't offer a review on post-sale matters

Awesome experience in a stressful time. I was put in a time of stress when my local snow plow machinary ran over my car as if it were in a monster truck show. I had been saving for a Tacoma for some time, thankfully, and was referred by a friend to go to Groove Toyota even though it wasn't the closest dealer to me. It was worth the extra time. Pleasant experience buying 2020 Tacoma I had a really great experience buying a new Tacoma at Groove recently. I worked with Cristo Perales and Lee in finance and found both to be honest and easy going, low pressure, very informative and professional, this was a much better experience than I have had at other dealers. I generally hate buying cars because I've had some bad experiences in the past, this experience is helping to shift my attitude.
