Awesome car buying experience!! This is the fourth car we have purchased at Groove Toyota and the experience is always great! We also service all of our vehicles here. Zach Vose helped us purchase a 2016 Highlander and it was the fastest car purchase we’ve ever had! No high pressure sales tactic, super pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely work with Zach again!
2019 Toyota Tacoma Limited Delmar was friendly and attentive. He provided detailed explanation of the vehicles various features, demonstrated what he spoke about, and then allowed me to repeat the steps to make sure I was familiar with each. Delmar never made me feel pressured or rushed. He allowed the buying process to move at a pace I was comfortable with.

Delmar is your guy for sales I live out of town so I started the process of pricing 4runners with Delmar over the phone and text. It made the experience so manageable and when I arrived he had everything prepared and made a great deal for a beautiful new forerunner. He was so kind that he even put my bike rack and ski rack on my new car from my old Subaru. Wow! To this day I can text him when I have a question . My next Toyota will be with Delmar at Groove for sure after this experience
Toyota 4Runner Excellent experience to buy a new car. The sales person Eric was friendly and there were no gimmicks. He was willing to come down on the price and make it worthwhile to buy a new car.
Best salesperson in the history of the world! So I first bought a 4Runner from Zach Vose in 2015 when the Air Force sent me to Colorado. To be honest - I dread the process. I actually went to a Toyota dealership closer to Buckley AFB and walked out when the salesperson played that game (you know - I need to talk to my manager). Stop what you're doing and get to GROOVE!!! This place is absolutely incredible!!!! 10/10 perfect! Here's a little story. I went to Stevinson Toyota West before Groove and I honestly wish I would've gone straight to Groove and saved myself 3 hours. Great service, makes car shopping so easy! Groove Toyota has been our go to for repair work and car shopping for quite some time. The team is extremely friendly and helpful and always takes their time to work with you and get you everything you need!
Good but tainted process Overall, it was a good experience. One comment: We had to say "No" to the warrantee offers at least 4 times! There was no pressure on the looking and buying, but lots of pressure to buy a warrantee! That detracted from the overall good experience!
