RAV 4 Great service with Austin, your sales rep. He was so wonderful helping me and my son when we went in to purchase a car for me. Then when I was there alone, he was so patient(knowing that I was not use to buying a vehicle!) And I was replacing an older RAV 4 totaled in an accident, which I also purchased there! Everyone was super nice!!
Zach was great and the price was right! It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. Made it a worthwhile car shopping trip We bought our car through Delmar at this dealership and afterwards kept talking about how pleasant the whole process was. Delmar knew detailed info on the vehicles we were interested in and had a good sense of humor as well. Also appreciated the quick, no-nonsense pricing options at the end of the day.
