Fair negotiations, excellent follow-up repairs. Purchased used 2005 Highlander w/ 170K miles. Mark, that sales rep, was easy to work with, and after some back-and-forth, I was able to acquire the vehicle at a price I deemed fair with promises to fix issues. The vehicle had some major issues but Groove fixed all of them in a very timely manner, covered by the 2-month/2K mile warranty.
