Macy at Groove Toyota I've been in sales for 30 years so I think I recognize a quality salesperson and Macy fits the definition. Personable, knows his product and how to treat people. Started out looking for a new 4Runner but wasn't willing to pay the price so I ended up buying used. Macy was great to work with.

New 4Runner, working with Macy, great experience! We had stopped by to test drive previously and had a less than good experience here but came to buy with the intention of working with someone else. When we saw Macy's smiling face pull up on the golf cart we knew he was the guy we wanted to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked so hard. Can't say enough great things about this guy. He's still taking care of us. Hands down- work with him.

Super experience I had a GREAT experience purchasing my 2015 Toyota Tundra today, 09/16/16. Both sales associates, Macy & Kindra when out of their way to make the whole process really special. I had a lot of questions and I'm sure they were tired of dealing with me, but I sure couldn't tell. The associate Macy! I'm very satisfied with the car I bought (Mercury Sable Premier) but the overwhelming reason why I bought it at this dealership goes to a associate named Macy. He picked me up, drove me around in the vehicle and was very down to earth. Funny, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra step; this is what I would look for from any person I'm buying a car from. He is definitely a cut above the rest!
