We actually enjoyed our whole experience at Grote. My husband and I were ‘just looking’. We had been to a few dealerships, got out and walked around their lots.. not one of the salespersons came out. We were cruising through the Grote lot.. a salesperson came out and greeted us while we were still in our vehicle. We ended up purchasing a vehicle. The entire experience and the staff.. TOP NOTCH!!! Thank you Arturo Mugica...and Fred Grote - you’re really for the people ;)

Was not like all the commercials portrayed. Was not a fun experience as I had hoped. Got a nice vehicle but didn't want to do a handstand about my experience. I also didn't like my very limited vehicle options.

We had a great experience at Grote Automotive! JR was super friendly, he got the kiddos popcorn and drinks while we discussed our options. He helped us find something that we really liked and made the process simple. We had been stressing for weeks about the process of buying another vehicle and We left feeling so relieved ! We did notice that the two back tires were significantly worn, but they set us up an appointment within the week to take care of it.
