They were awesome! Our salesman Art was very polite and helpful. Told him what my wife and I was looking and he was able to show a great car that was perfect. No hassle, great service and very freindly people.

I am now driving a nicer newer car thanks to Chad Kuhlman at Grote automotive. I had a great experience. He and all the people involved there got me the payment I wanted and now I am driving a 2016 Buick Encore. I couldn't be happier.

I am very appreciative for grote automotive they help my mother out in a time of need! I personally can't ask for a better service Dept. They truly care and thats never found anywhere, I have ever heard or seen!!!!! Five stars for sure!
