Shawn has been beyond amazing it tackling this with me! Hes been on top of communicating with me whats going on, when, where and how. Hes been super nice and very professional in dropping off a dealership car and taking my SUV back and forth to Grote and my place of employment.I will suggest to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle to visit Grote and most definitely Shawn as a salesman!

I bought my Harley through the dealership. It was a great experience. Also have had my car go through the service department and was very satisfied. Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. Had a wonderful car buying experience. Was able to set up an appointment via text messages and get a lot of my questions answered in advance. I applied before my appointment so I knew that I wouldn't be wasting my time or theirs. Everyone was very friendly. They showed me a vehicle that was in the price range I was approved for and it was perfect. Rick is the nice guy that financed us for our kia soul we drove off the lot with. Other than how long it took from the time we got there to the time we left, caise it took a couple of hours. Im really happy with it.
