I had such an awesome experience at Grote! Josh Martin was a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful and patient. He even followed me back to my house to get the title for my trade-in so that I didn't have to bring it back with my kids. Josh, you're an angel. Thank you!! Jimmy, thanks for lunch. You guys truly went above my expectations and I will be back!

I was treated like a special person and not like another customer. It didn't take me long to decide on the right car and Josh, the salesman, was really helpful, kind and understanding. I definately would let others whether family or friends to know how well Grote Auto takes care of their customers.

I called the service department thinking my front breaks were having problem and making a lot of noise. Most likely the pads needed changed. They had to special order the pads due to the fact this model was slightly different (made in Japan) than most models that were made in Mexico. The pads came in the next day and they called to let me know they were on site. I dropped my car off and after inspecting the breaks noticed that I was wrong in my assumption about them being problematic in the front. The rear pads were the culp... read more

Great place to get a vehicle from. I have horrible credit and they still got me in a great vehicle. Very nice employee's also. Jesse was the salesman and he made my family feel at home.

I was satisfied they done everything they could to get me in a new car!! I told them what I wanted and what I wanted my payments to be and they done what they could to get me what I wanted. The salesmen were all very helpful. Plus Fred Grote came out himself to help me out!!

I had been looking all over for the perfect Cadillac SRX and just couldn't find THE one until I went to Grote Automotive's website. I emailed for some information and they immediately called me the next day with some answers to my questions and offered me to come in and meet with a sales manager. I would like to Thank Josh Alleger and the amazing team he is working with that made my car buying experience a good one. They were very professional, opened the door, and the staff greeted me. They handle issues with passion from a personal standpoint. There may not be 100% agreement on everything but watching first hand they handle them effectively with emotion. That's a big deal to me.
