My salesman, Mike L, went above and beyond for me. I knew I wanted a new car that day. They did whatever it took to make me happy. They gave me a fair amount on my trade, and were very helpful and nice throughout the process. I was scared to go to Grote due to some of the reviews, but i feel it's more of a personal preference. I'm sure they can help with bad credit, upside down car loan trades and deals, no down pmt...etc. but, i owed next to nothing in my car, had down pmt, all my paperwork was in order, had decent credit. ... read more
