After having a few credit mishaps I thought I wouldn't be able to get a car let alone a 2011 Prius. I was nervous but everyone there is so friendly. Our salesman, Ron, made getting the car short and sweet. He even let us test drive our new car with our car seat to make sure that baby would be comfortable as well. Everything with the car has been great so far, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I went to Grote Auto in March after my credit had been destroyed by an ex family member. I had gone to a local buy here pay here and couldn't qualify for anything. I had known Desmond from being a former coworker. Went there expecting to get rejected or put into some piece of junk car. Not the case, I ended up with a nice 2013 Toyota Corolla with low miles. I was in from out of town, something happened with my engine that was going to cost more than my car was worth. John was able to find me a car, a car that I wanted, 4 door sedan with low mileage with a decent price, nothing fancy, but nice...and get me financing all in one day!!! He is FANTASTIC!! WOW!!
