The technician that came oit to see if we could fix the problem was very patient and explained what was happening with our unit. The gentleman that installed the new unit were polite and informative.

It was only a furnace tune-up & safety check but of course I feel better that the furnace was looked at by GCH&A. And the price was right. I sure hope I can get a new furnace through GCH&A.
