Thank you Hope for being such a gem!! We booked our rabbit Fidget in for a routine vaccine. He was covered in matted fur since recently losing his bonded companion and not wanting to cause him stress further (Fidget hates to be groomed) Hope was not only so understanding and did not make us feel guilty or judge, she truly went above and beyond! I called the clinik, explained the situation and was given an appointment for coming Saturday without registration on line first, paying a deposit etc. I have received a confirmation and a reminder of my appointment via text message. The staff members were very polite, helpful and professional. Our cat was examined and received the nrcessary treatment and the most important she allowed the doctor to touch her which was not usual
