Terrible service, invoices do not total to the value. Administration is poor, claims submitted to insurers after the date agreed, leaving claims not being processed. I wouldn't trust this practice. The Government needs to do more to protect against veterinary surgeries with poor practices and being able to charge varying amounts, with pets care not being primary focus. There are more honest veterinary practices in Chiswick.
Staff are lovely, The way they interact with the animals is beautiful, they show they care. I spoke to the receptionist who explained everything about pet plans, The receptionist although was busy went out of her way to make sure I understood price plans, what was offered and so on. When I had to have my beautiful dog put to sleep this vet couldn’t be more understanding regarding how upset I and my son was. We were allowed to stay with our dog in a side room to say goodbye.
