Furious!! This place harasses you for a confirmation even called me this morning to come in early which I agreed. After making arrangements for my other children one of which has special needs I arrived as scheduled only to be told (by the receptionist behind desk doing nothing) they are not seeing patients today. I received no courtesy phone call cancelling my appointment. My time means nothing I guess!
The communication between the office & patients is awful. On more than one occasion I had to wait over 30 mins., before getting called back to the room, then it was at least another 15 mins., before I was treated. They don’t value their patients or their time.
Wasnt to satisfied with my childs last visit. I do not recommend the advice i was given on how to brush my 1 year olds teeth who refuses to open his mouth. I dont think pinning him down while he’s screaming is great advice as i dont want him afraid of the tootbrush. I also made the dentist aware of stains he had on his bottom teeth in the back and she assured me she took care of it which the stains are still there. This place was awful. Don't bring your kids here!!!! i came to them as new patient I am leaving the hygienist was nice. I wanted to get my X-ray sent to me because I am leaving their practice and they said it can only be sent to the new office. I was like ok. What they sent to my office was total and complete garbage. And I asked them to send it again because of the quality and they said it's going to look the same and then I asked for a refund and they said the can not because it's their policy. We did NOT have a good experience. My 4.5 year old has anxiety about going to the dentist. I prepared her as much as possible by telling her what to expect. She was nervous to get an X-ray but the woman was very patient and my daughter did it without shedding a tear. Once we got back to the exam room, it was a different story. People were rushing in and out of the room, someone turned on the tv but it was on the sports channel. I asked multiple times to change the channel but nobody did. I was a first-time patient today, I came in due to a toothache. The place is kid-friendly, clean, had a good environment. The front desks were friendly, everything was all good. One problem though, the doctors had me wait 50 minutes! Almost an hour! I've seen people who came in after me being called, while I was sitting with a toothache. I was upset but I'll let that one go.
