RecommendedWorst customer service ever!!! I ordered my lights a month ago and I still haven’t received them. The shipping label was incorrect from gtr side. Gtr said they would resolve the issue or issue a new set. But yet I am still waiting on email replies or someone to answer the phone at GTR. Great products just shitty service.

Your product is very bright, very expensive. It was the C.O.D. That I had to pay on top of the $300.00 C.A.D. For your product. Buyer beware. Not worth the price…

They will NOT help you if lights dont work got these as a gift and they refuse to cover them or even look at them NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

The customer service is terrible, sent a brand new ballast in about a year ago for not working and never got a email or anything back..I have emailed them a lot and still nothing, would not recommend especially for the price..two thumbs down

ive been dealing with this company for the past 6 months. First 3 months the 2.0's worked great. Then one stopped working correctly and would turn off for 15 mins and then come back on. Had me "field destroy " that bulb and sent a replacement. The new one did the same thing. They suggested buying the PWM's. they sent the wrong ones. Finally sent rhe right ones a month later.
