support and inventory.... support has no clue if they have my hid bulbs in stock and apparently dont know how to ship... been waiting a month for some $60.00 hid bulbs... support emails saying it is not out of stock. Then emailing me it is out of stock... which is it? I replied if it is then let me get my refund and if it is not out of stock let me get my order... called this morning and my order still hasnt shipped. according to tech email it should have been shipped 2 days ago.

my dad ordered his headlights over 2 months ago and still hasn't received them.

Received LED lights for my 2006 Dodge Ram. Low beams work fine but one light has no high beam. I've been waiting on customer service to return email for 5 days....guess they dont have customer support over the phone. not the best experience on my first purchase. Driving with just low beams suck. About ready to put halogen bulbs back in and get a refund, by forcing refund thru paypal if necessary. Hate to do that but, if no response by customer service, left with no choice.

Advoid doing business with them. The sent me the wrong dodge lights. Then charged me a restocking fee for their mistake and never sent me the correct lights.
