I’m an anesthesiologist of 25 years. I used to run anesthesia for an endoscopy center in the Austin area. My fiancée and I both had endoscopy procedures w Dr Tsen yesterday. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. They were running about 90 min late which is typical of every center. Besides that, the experience was perfect. The front desk and check in was quick and friendly. The IV for both of us was performed by an experienced and skilled RN. Overwhelmed by how compassionate and caring the nurses, staff and dr were to me last night! Thank you all so much ❤️ Not only did y’all properly fix a different er department’s improper treatment but managed to give a proper diagnosis and do a more timely and invasive treatment with no pain during and little afterwards. Bonus points for me leaving with less emotional trauma than I came in with expecting to experience a repeat from the other er I went to a few days back. 😂❤️
