RecommendedAttended to pretty quickly, not to busy. He seen and attended to. Just waiting on results does take awhile, but ok could be offered something to drink or nibble on while waiting . A blanket could be offered. I am always terribly cold when in er. Comfortable and feel in good hands at this hospital

RecommendedNo one wants to visit the emergency room, but if you do I recommend GRMC. Staff was excellent, particularly Tessa, Deborah, Holly,& Dr. Walker. Every one I came in contact with was professional.

RecommendedI had surgery 5/18 and had a wonderful team. Scott in admissions, Lorena my pre-op nurse and Susan my pre-op CNA were so welcoming and settled my nerves before surgery. Dr.kirchner did an amazing job on my surgery. In PACU, Patrice made sure I stayed pain free and comfortable before being taken to the surgical unit for an overnight stay. Anita, Ruby & Angela admitted me and made sure I was well cared for directly after my surgery. Recommended5 Stars !!! I had surgery on the week of 3rd of May 2021. I received the uttermost care and kindness from entering the patient portal to the time of my dismissal. In particular I would like to mention:: Lorena Galvan - RN Prep Nurse Heather Martell - RN-OR Nurse Lori Redix - CRNA Anesthesia (God Bless You Lori) Who came through for me like a trooper ! ) For all of the staff and personnel I have not mentioned : "Thank You" <3
