Having delt with an online lender for my first house using Micheal Wagner with guaranteed rate affinity for my second house was amazing . No nonsense he would explain everything and answer the phone or email anytime I had a question . Very professional and helpful . The online broker I delt with on my first house would pester me constantly and seemed to overcomplicate everything not the case with michael . I have already recommended him to family members I am very pleased with the process
