My wife and I discovered Ruth after we were having issues with our previous lender. We have worked with Kamna multiple times - 2 mortgages and 1 refinance. During our first mortgage, she patiently gave us good guidance of what to expect and a lot of details about the process, which was very helpful. Tim has the knowledge, experience, and gets the job done!!!!! If you need a lender, please work with him! Within 30 minutes of speaking with Tim, he helped my husband and I with our needs. On top of that, he connected us with a reputable realtor agent. They both worked on getting us our dream home!

I am not the person who generally writes review, but I really want to do it for Kamna. For me she was God sent!! If I were to choose one person in my entire home buying process who was most helpful and valuable, then that would be Kamna. In my case , she was already on top of counter questions which could have come from the underwriter and she helped me get prepared for all those situations well in advance to make the case seal proof.
