Sarah Uhlenhopp of Guaranteed Rate made my condo-buying process a breeze. We beat up all the financing options, and I was able to choose the path that made me the most comfortable. She always made herself available to answer my questions and was timely in writing up the many financing pre-approvals for the half dozen+ offers I made prior to having one accepted. Its likely that the seller accepted my offer because she was able to close in less than 30 days. In an otherwise tough market, I was glad to have Sarah on my team.
When speaking to Chanania I always got the feeling we were talking about a mortgage that he was taking out for himself. You will not find this level of devotion and detailed explanations from anyone else!
