Where to begin. I was working with Rich for over 8+ months. He provided property analysis's for me even when they were tedious and never complained about it. He was super responsive day and night and even on weekends on his day off. When he was busy he still made me a priority and got me an answer fast. Marc is very knowledgeable and responsive when it comes to home loans. In my case, I'm a disabled veteran and applies for the VA Home Loan. Marc knew everything needed to get me what I'm eligible for. He was even proactive on fluctuating mortgage rates. He originally locked us in at a reasonable rate at the time of the market. When the market fluctuated in our favor Marc reached out to us to get us the lower rate. Can't beat that service!
