We bought our house last year through Chris and he made the experience easy from a lending perspective. He was incredibly helpful when buyers wanted additional information. He was also very communicative made sure that his office had all the necessary information.
I am waitress who was affected during the pandemic and was on unemployment but was eager to buy a house. After checking with a few lenders who told me I wasn’t qualified, I met Jonathan and he told me it’s possible. He used consecutive amount of pay stubs to prove my income among other things.
