Al went above and beyond during the whole mortgage process. From the very start of when we initially spoke about getting pre-approved, all the way until the end of when we officially closed on our new home. He was always available whenever we needed (even when he was away on vacation!) and always took the time to speak to us directly over the phone about our next steps and what we should expect moving forward throughout the entire process. Despite multiple delays impacting my rate lock and changes in sale price from the developer, Daniel made the process feel much smoother on my end. He was there to answer any question I had and I would work with him again without question!
Tom and his team are always available and willing to help and I have built a trusting relationship with Tom. Even though Tom was unable to provide his services, he was able to guide and coach me. I am very thankful to have his guidance and appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure I had the most up to date and timely information so that I could make appropriate arrangements with other lenders.
