Many things are stressful about buying a home, but working with Ron and the folks at Guaranteed Rate wasn't one of them. Throughout the process we were kept informed of what was happening, what was needed, and what to expect. Even our agent loved working with them. If you need a lender who goes out of their way to make sure you know what's going on, this is the team you're looking for

Tom Lavallee and his team are great to work with. Buying a new home can be very taxing, however they make it as easy as it can be. I have used them in the past as well with the current purchase and will do so in the future if the need ever arises again. Thanks to Tom and your team.

I start contacting Chris in 09/21 and decided to work with him in 01/22. Chris is very patient and guide me through each step of our loan application process. We get a good rate than other lenders and each step of our loan is ahead of the schedule, Really appreciate the help from him.

I contacted Caleb after deciding to cut ties with another mortgage lender. I was already under contract for the property and time was running out. Caleb pushed our loan through, and helped us close on time according to the original contract. Needless to say, I had a great experience with his services, highly recommended.

We were so skeptical in the beginning of our journey. Sure we bought a home before but life gets crazy things get behind . Needless to say we had to work for it ! We were told we should wait , told that no one wants to work with a VA loan in this market so when I reached out to Eric I wasn’t too hopeful.
