Greta is so fantastic! I was in the middle of the mortgage process and I sent an email to Greta. I received a vacation responder back and I thought oh no, I hope this doesn't delay my process. Greta reached out to me and answered all of my questions even though she was on vacation. She took care of what I needed while on vacation. I hated to bother her but she was happy to help me. She got my closing in a week earlier than I expected which allowed me time to move in while moving out of my temporary rental.
Aaron is wonderful in his role and pleasant to work with- he is very quick and receptive to any changes that may come his way and if needed, explains in great detail. Aaron truly exemplifies 10/10 customer service!

I highly recommend Aaron as a loan officer for a first home buyer or refinance on your mortgage. He walked me through every stage of the process and made sure I understood where we were at in the process and what was coming next. And he followed up after my load closed to make sure I knew how to set up payments as well as answer any questions I had.
