I was initially having trouble taking a loan with my previous lender, however, as soon as I switched to Chantal, I was able to buy the house I hoped to for so long. She was super quick with responding to my emails and extremely efficient with what I must do in order to move forward with the process. Overall a 10/10 experience thanks to her and would definitely recommend to anyone struggling to take a loan.

Ben and his team took over our financing after another lender denied our loan less than two weeks from our expected close date. Not only were we able to fortunately still close, but we were able to close before our planned date, 8 days from when Ben took over. Ben and his team displayed the utmost professional the entire time and their response rate was second to none. All of this was under a pressure packed financing timeline. Ben and his team have our highest recommendation.
Tracy was my saving grace after switching from a horrific lender who almost made my contract fall through. I switched on 12/2/21, started my application from scratch, and closed on my new home on 12/17/21.
