Closing on my first home with Chanania made everything so much easier. Any time I had any questions, about how something works, or what I should do, he was there to guide me. Went to Tom for a refinance of my current residence to purchase a second residence. My current residence needed to be refinanced on a short time period to close on the second residence. Tom handled the refinance with the utmost urgency and we accomplished the refinance within 3 weeks. By doing this this we were able to close on the second residence with no problems.
