If you need to purchase or refinance a home, I highly recommend Tom Lavallee at Guaranteed Rate. He's the best. We refi-d in October at a lower rate, and then Tom reached out in January to advise the rates had dropped even lower and we could save more money by refinancing again. No cost to refi either.

Awesome service!!!!!Teresa made the whole refinancing process a breeze and was so helpful and knowledgeable! We have worked with her in the past and we’ve had nothing but positive outcomes. She isn’t one of those people that make you feel pressured of obligated in any way!! Teresa also works around the clock to help with any questions you might have. She also works very hard to eliminate any unnecessary obstacles that may come up. So happy with this refi!!

Overall process was very smoth. Petya was very knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. She communicated well and requested the required documents prmptly. She has a pleasant personality. She was very easy to deal with. Lender processed the loan in time. Other staff from gauranteed rate was also helpful. Sometimes they requested the same documents two times. Overall I was very happy in dealing with this lender thd their staff.

Stephen approached me with a refinance opportunity not long after I started repaying my first mortgage. I read the "About Mark" description and could not agree with it more. Mark worked hard to understand my particular situation and recommended a product that worked very well for me. Acting on advice from my real estate agent, I contacted Denny at US Bank to see what he could offer. Denny was the lowest cost lender that I shopped and he provided excellent service. He responded to emails very quickly (often within minutes) at all hours of the day. I would highly recommend Denny to anyone looking for a mortgage.
