Jourden and his staff were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. They interacted well with the closing/title agent. He and his team brought their 'A' game from start to finish. I did several loans with his dad, years ago, and it was always a pleasant and rewarding experience. As a self-employed individual sometimes getting approval for loans can be burdensome for all involved. But what my former mortgage company failed to get done -Ryan and his gang got completed excellently and with tremendous conscientious service throughout the whole process. Old school service values with new school tech tools. Rare combo!
