Ms. Cooper was very helpful and informative during my loan process. There was no lack of aggressiveness towards closing the deal as quickly as possible. She was accessible for questions and working the loan even after hours. Her personal cell phone was available to me so I could call or text anytime and she would always respond. She also showed just enough on the personal side to make this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend her for home mortgage.
Allyson and her team were great to work with! I came in as a first-time home buyer and she was incredibly helpful guiding me through the process. She was able to secure a great deal on PMI (way less than estimates you'll see online) which was an extremely pleasant surprise. With no house to sell on my end, she and her team were able to fly through the loan process and we closed in the matter of a few weeks.
